Talent Acquisition Executive

Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline roles in retail stores (Sales Staff, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, etc.)  Plan and execute bulk hiring drives across key cities through job portals, local agencies, and walk-in campaigns  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail candidates for upcoming and existing stores  Work closely with the retail leadership team to forecast and fulfill manpower needs  Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with Zouk’s values and customercentric culture  Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new hires  Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)  Establish partnerships with hiring vendors, colleges, and skill centers for talent supply  Maintain and update internal recruitment dashboards and databases regularly
