About the Role:

We’re looking for a go-getter Talent Acquisition Executive who can own the entire hiring cycle — from sourcing to closure! You’ll source the right CVs, schedule interviews, coordinate directly with clients, and ensure every role gets closed fast and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination
• Follow up with candidates and clients until closure
• Build strong relationships and deliver results

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and one more regional language
• Smart, responsible, and target-driven personality
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and closing roles
• Strong follow-up skills — someone who gets things done!
