Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (BPO)

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Industry Preference: BPO / Customer Support / Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring within the BPO sector. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high-volume recruitment and consistently driving monthly closures through individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across BPO roles (Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, etc.).
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, references, walk-ins, and social media.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring demands.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Achieve individual monthly hiring targets (20–25+ joinees per month).
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Follow up with selected candidates to reduce dropouts and improve joining ratios.

Required Skills

• Experience in bulk/volume hiring.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
• Proven track record of achieving 20–25 monthly closures individually.
