• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, guide, and support a team of sales executives to achieve targets
• Connect with qualified leads generated through digital marketing channels
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into site visits
• Coordinate and assist during site visits, addressing client queries professionally
• Support deal closures and oversee booking and documentation formalities
• Monitor team performance and maintain accurate CRM records
