Job Description – Team Leader (Overseas Recruitment)

Role Overview:

Responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver qualified candidates for overseas clients within timelines, while ensuring strong coordination, productivity, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and monitor a team of recruiters.

Allocate requirements and track daily performance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Communicate with overseas clients for updates, feedback, and closures.

Ensure accurate candidate briefing, documentation, medical, visa, and deployment follow-up.

Maintain daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and team KPIs.

Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong communication and leadership.

Good knowledge of overseas recruitment (GCC/Europe).

Proficiency in sourcing platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

A graduate preferred.

3–6 years of overseas recruitment experience, with team-handling exposure.
