Job Description

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Technical Support Executive for a remote work-from-home role. You’ll provide technical support regarding web and mobile apps to clients and internal team via phone, WhatsApp and company apps. You will also be required to manage Field Co-Ordination.


Requirements:

1. Must have a laptop or desktop computer with strong internet connection

2. Must have smartphone on which two company provided sim cards can be used

3. Must be able to work 9-10 hours per day for 6 days a week

4. Should be able to receive customer calls outside shift hours and forward information to executive on duty

5.Sundays will be working on a rotational basis.


Key Responsibilities:

Should be able to manage field co-ordination and manage the Field executives.

Communicate and plan with clients and plan upcoming and ongoing Field work.

Attend support requests coming on phone, WhatsApp and various web applications.

Use company web apps to complete various technical tasks assigned by internal teams.

Help customers use companies apps and solve their app related issues.

Communicate clearly to understand and fix problems.

Understand and use internal systems and tools effectively.

Work in rotating shifts, including Sundays.

Core Skills:


Good management and communication skills.

Good at problem-solving and listening to customers.

Strong knowledge and experience with various web and mobile apps.

Ability to troubleshoot various common app issues such as app installation, internet issues etc.

Keep calm and stay focused under pressure.


Soft Skills:

Communicate well in Hindi.

Positive attitude and flexible to work shifts.

Be careful and thorough in resolving issues.

Team management skills.
