Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with borrowers through phone calls to discuss pending dues and help them settle their loans.
• Check borrower details and outstanding amounts from the bank’s records before starting any discussion.
• Understand if the borrower is eligible for settlement based on their past payments and financial condition.
• Offer payment plans or settlement options that follow the bank’s rules and get the borrower’s agreement.
• Clearly explain what can happen if payments are not made—like legal action or credit score impact.
• Get written confirmation from borrowers on the agreed settlement terms and send the same to the bank.
• Share the settlement letter with the borrower and follow up regularly to ensure payment is made on time.
• Confirm that payment has been received and work with the bank to close the loan and issue a No Dues Certificate (NDC).
• Keep clear and correct records of all calls, commitments, and payment updates.
• During your 9-hour shift, ensure at least 6 hours of talk time. Feedback will be shared on your calls—use it to improve.
• Follow up regularly with borrowers who are likely to pay or have shown interest in settling.
• Try to trace and connect with borrowers who have become unreachable, using available tools and support.
• Always follow company and legal guidelines—be firm but respectful in all conversations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work with targets and under pressure.
• Has personal laptop available
• Available full time from 10 am to 7 pm - Monday to Saturday
