1. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition.

• Identify and approach potential customers for home loans and personal loans.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.

1. Customer Consultation

• Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI plans, and eligibility criteria.
• Help customers choose the best loan option based on their needs.

1. Loan Processing

• Collect and verify documents such as:
• ID proof
• Income proof
• Bank statements
• Property documents (for home loans)
• Submit loan applications to the credit team.

1. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly or quarterly loan sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

1. Coordination

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan approvals.
• Follow up with customers for documentation and loan disbursement.

1. Customer Relationship ManagemenT

• Maintain a database of clients.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
• 📋 Required SkillsCommunication & sales skills
• Basic knowledge of banking/finance products
• Negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
• 🎓 QualificationBachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or any graduate)
• Experience in Personal loan sales preferred and fresher's can also apply (0–3 years for entry level)
• 💰 Salary (Typical Range in India)₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + incentives/commission depending on sales.
