Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to students and parents
- Explain our courses (School, JEE, NEET, Foundation, etc.)
- Answer basic questions about fees, batches, and timings
- Follow up with interested students and parents
- Maintain simple call records
- Fix appointments for counselling or institute visits
Required Skills:
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English
- Polite, patient, and confident while talking on calls
- Basic knowledge of phone calling and WhatsApp
- Ability to understand and explain education-related courses
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th pass
- Experience in education industry telecalling or counselling is compulsory
