Job Description
- Handling Telesales Inbound & Outbound calls, Call prospective clients, and explain the products.
- Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for the site visits.
- Handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.
- Should give the detail information about the projects to the clients over the telephone.
- Experience in Tele Marketing to call the customer Explain the project Features
- Follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales
- Explain different advertising packages to clients
- Maintain Client database
- Maintain good client relation
