Job Description
We are hiring DRA Certified Telecallers for Loan Recovery & Collections. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, following up on overdue payments, and achieving monthly recovery targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- DRA Certification is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months experience in recovery / collections preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)
- Comfortable with targets and pressure
