Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our pest control services. The candidate will be responsible for explaining services, generating leads, and booking service appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle incoming customer inquiries
• Explain pest control services and offers clearly
• Generate leads and close service bookings
• Maintain customer call records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
• Basic knowledge of pest control services (training provided)
• Ability to convince customers over calls
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
