Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone calls to remind them of pending payments.
• Negotiate and persuade customers to make timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Resolve customer queries and provide information about payment plans.
• Follow company guidelines and compliance policies while handling collections.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th pass.
• Previous experience in collections is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain professional under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi and English.
