Telecaller Inbound

Position Overview

The Inbound Telecaller is responsible for handling incoming calls from students, parents, and tutors regarding home tuition services (Playschool to PG, Competitive Exams). The role focuses on inquiry handling, lead qualification, counseling, and coordination with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling

Attend incoming calls from students, parents, and tutors.

Understand academic requirements (Class, Board, Subjects, Location, Budget).

Provide accurate information about available tuition services.

Lead Qualification & Counseling

Identify genuine leads and assess urgency.

Explain service process (1-on-1 home tuition, demo class, tutor matching).

Guide prospects through next steps.

CRM & Data Management

Enter and update inquiry details in CRM/software.

Maintain proper call logs and follow-up records.

Track status of assigned leads.

Follow-ups

Call back pending inquiries.

Coordinate demo scheduling between student and tutor.

Ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to confirmed service.

Cross Coordination

Work closely with tutor coordination team.

Share accurate student requirements to placement team.

Escalate complex cases to senior team members.
