Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Business Loans
Role: You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners, helping them find the right funding to grow their companies.
What You’ll Do:
- Cold Calling: Dial potential business clients to introduce loan products.
- Qualify: Check if the business meets our basic lending criteria.
- Pitch: Explain interest rates, benefits, and repayment terms clearly.
- Follow-up: Keep in touch with interested leads to collect documents.
- Targets: Hit daily call and lead generation goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Talker: Great communication and a friendly, persuasive tone.
- Gritty: Ability to handle "no" and keep moving to the next call.
- Basic Math: Comfort discussing numbers and loan amounts.
- Experience: 6 months+ in tele-sales or banking is a plus (freshers welcome!).
Work Hours: [10.00 AM – 6:30 PM]
