Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.
- Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for conversions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Maintain knowledge of current property listings and market trends.
