Telecalling Executive

We are looking for highly driven Telecallers who can effectively communicate with parents and students (post board exams) and convert leads into walk-ins at our Borivali centre. This role is not just about calling—it is about influencing decision-making and building trust with parents for their child’s academic future (JEE/NEET).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data (ICSE, CBSE, SSC, IGCSE boards)
• Engage parents in meaningful conversations about their child’s future in JEE/NEET preparation
• Convince and schedule centre walk-ins for counselling sessions
• Handle objections confidently (fees, time, competition, confusion post boards)
• Explain key offerings:
• Scholarship Tests
• One-to-One Counselling
• Group Counselling Sessions
• Batch structure & results
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
• Build urgency and importance around early admission post board exams
• Coordinate with the counselling and academic team for seamless walk-in experience
