Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/other languages is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm.
