Job Description

A Telecalling Executive serves as the primary voice of the company, responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services, generate leads, and set appointments. The role also involves handling inbound inquiries, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and resolving customer queries. The position requires strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and resilience in handling customer interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calling:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales, while efficiently handling inbound inquiries.

Sales & Conversion:

  • Promote company products and services, follow up on leads, close sales opportunities, and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer queries, provide accurate information about offerings, and professionally handle complaints or objections.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update customer information, call details, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

Script Adherence:

  • Follow approved calling scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication while maintaining a professional tone.


  • Requirements & Skills

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar customer service or sales role.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities; fluency in required languages is essential.

Resilience & Target Orientation:

  • Ability to handle rejection, work under pressure, and remain motivated to achieve targets.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic computer proficiency with working knowledge of CRM software.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
  • Common Challenges Managing high call volumes while meeting strict performance and sales targets.
  • Handling customer rejection, objections, or difficult conversations in a professional manner.
