Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients through outbound calls, explaining project details, building strong client relationships, and scheduling site visits to achieve sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote real estate projects.
• Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to customers.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.
• Schedule and coordinate client site visits with the sales team.
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information to build trust.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
