Telecalling Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Personal Loan Telecaller initiates outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote, explain, and sell personal loan products, aiming to achieve daily/monthly sales targets. Key responsibilities include explaining EMI options and interest rates, gathering documentation, managing CRM data, and providing excellent customer service, usually requiring strong communication skills and basic financial knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities

1 - Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers from databases to introduce personal loan services.

2 - Sales & Negotiation: Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options to convert leads into customers.

3 - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

4 - Documentation Support: Assist clients with the application process, coordinating with the sales/backend team for document collection.

5 - Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate, updated records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the system.

6 - Query Resolution: Handle customer queries, address concerns, and provide solutions regarding loan products.
