Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Financial Advisor to acquire clients and mobilize deposits by offering suitable financial products. The role focuses on Fixed Deposits and loan products while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking

Promote and close Fixed Deposits (FDs) and other financial products

Achieve assigned deposit and sales targets

Explain FD schemes, returns, tenure, and benefits to clients

Assist clients with documentation and account opening

Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Incentives/commissions will be paid additionally, based on FD amount and other products closed

Higher earnings potential with higher deposit mobilization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Finance preferred)

Good communication and convincing skills

Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Basic knowledge of banking/financial products preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in BFSI, banking, NBFC, or credit society is an advantage
