Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information about products/services.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM.

Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales.

Escalate customer complaints/issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Keep updated with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
