Job Summary:

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to manage and recover overdue payments for short-term personal loan customers. The role involves customer follow-ups, payment reminders, negotiation, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer handling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for EMI / due payments via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Handle early bucket and overdue cases for short-term personal loans.
• Educate customers about payment timelines, penalties, and repayment options.
• Maintain daily follow-up tracker and update collection status.
• Negotiate and convince customers for payment commitments.
• Escalate high-risk or non-responsive cases to seniors/team lead.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment confirmations and closure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th / Graduate (preferred).
• 0–3 years' experience in loan collections (PL/BNPL/short-term loans preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi + English (Marathi preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/monthly targets.
