Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our team.

Location: Mumbai

Preferred Only female candidate 

Experience: 2 to 3 years Experienced

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities

Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records

Follow up with interested clients and close deals

Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better conversions

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English/ Hindi/Regional language)

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM (preferred)

Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
