Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to parents who have shown interest or made inquiries through social media or our website.

* Explain the details of the *Brand Model Shoot* and *1-Year Membership Program*.

* Clearly communicate program benefits, membership fees, and refund policies.

* Identify whether the child is an experienced model or a fresher and provide appropriate guidance.

* Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and registrations.

* Follow up with potential clients to close bookings.

* Share registration links, confirm appointments, and provide basic customer support.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

* Pleasant and confident voice tone.

* Basic understanding of customer engagement and sales.

* Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections professionally.

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
