Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Location: 7th Floor, A-Wing, Ashar IT Park, Road No. 16/Z, Neheru Nagar, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra – 400604

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers for our Real Estate process. The candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to handle customer conversations confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain real estate projects and generate leads.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers.
• Update call details in the system regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good to excellent English speaking and conversational skills.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
• Freshers with fluent English communication can apply.
• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
• Age: 20 to 40 years.

Work Details:

• 6 days working.
• 1 rotational week off (between Monday to Friday).
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: As per last drawn salary and interview performance.
• Attractive Incentives.
• Salary Cycle: 26th to 25th.
• Payment Date: 1st of every month.
