Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers by phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion, and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Present and explain products or services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections politely
- Follow up on leads and previous customers
- Comply with company policies and scripts
