Job Description

  • Call incoming and existing patient leads to understand their medical needs and guide them about hospital services.
  • Explain treatment options, doctors’ availability, and appointment process clearly to patients and families.
  • Convert enquiries into OPD visits or consultations by effective communication.
  • Maintain proper call records and update patient details in CRM/HMS system.
  • Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, or treatment decisions.
  • Coordinate with counselors, doctors, and hospital team to ensure smooth patient experience.
