Job Description: Insurance Selling Telecaller

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Selling Telecaller to generate leads, pitch insurance products (life, health, general), handle customer queries, and drive sales conversions through outbound and inbound calls. This role focuses on meeting daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

Age: 21-35 years preferred

·       Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (freshers/experienced welcome)

·       Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi (regional languages a plus)

·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

·       Good typing speed and convincing sales skills

·       Target-oriented with persistence to handle objections

Responsibilities:

·       Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to potential customers from leads/database

·       Explain insurance policies, benefits, premiums, and coverage details clearly

·       Identify customer needs, recommend suitable plans, and close sales

·       Handle inbound queries, follow-ups, policy renewals, and claims assistance

·       Update customer data in CRM/Excel and maintain accurate call records

·       Achieve daily sales targets (e.g., 4-5 policies) and contribute to team goals

·       Resolve objections professionally and build long-term client relationships

Work Details:

Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (fixed + incentives based on performance)

Long-term commitment preferred; incentives for top performers
