Job Description
- Receive and handle incoming calls from clients
- Manage leads
- Explain products, pricing, and offers to customers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
- Maintain good relationships with wholesalers and retailers
- Follow up with interested customers via call or WhatsApp
- Maintain basic record of leads and order
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of phone handling and WhatsApp
- Confident speaking and customer handling ability
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred
