Telesales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads through effective calling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the calling pitch and conversion rates.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
• Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
