Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales calls
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Provide product information and resolve basic customer queries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience:

• 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
