Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our real estate projects.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our apartments and flats, including features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and understand the customer's needs, answer their inquiries, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Persuade prospective customers to schedule site visits and appointments with our sales team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our projects and stay updated on industry trends and mark
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting appointments.
- Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, apartment features, and the sales process.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages
