Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales
Location: Andheri West
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for loan products
- Explain loan features, interest rates & documentation
- Generate leads and follow up with customers
- Maintain daily call and lead records
- Coordinate with sales team and banks
- Achieve monthly targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
- Polite and professional customer handling
