💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Incentive up to ₹10,000+ (more sales = more incentive)

📝 Job Overview

Looking for a Telesales Executive to call already interested clients and convert them into sales by giving the final push.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on warm leads

• Explain product features and benefits clearly

• Understand customer needs and close sales effectively

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Maintain and update customer data records

• Handle objections and convert into sales

• Follow up for repeat business and customer satisfaction

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass required

• Freshers can apply

• No English required (basic communication is fine)

• Good convincing and communication skills
