Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Consultant
Location: Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid as per requirement)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Minimum Monthly Sales Target: ₹5,00,000

Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying
potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring seamless conversion
from inquiry to booking. This role demands confidence, eloquence, and an exceptional
ability to communicate value to high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed the monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000 through consistent client
engagement and conversion.
Conduct professional consultations with potential clients to understand their
needs and recommend the best service packages.
Follow up effectively with leads generated via digital platforms, WhatsApp, and
walk-ins.
Maintain updated client data, sales reports, and conversion statistics.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth
client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent from a recognized
Indian university).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury services,
photography, events, or lifestyle segments.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is a plus.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with a client-
centric approach.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to convert leads into confirmed clients, handle
objections, and close high-value deals.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and
online communication tools.
