About Sanjeevan:

Sanjeevan is a specialized vision improvement center offering non-invasive, personalized, and integrative treatments for various eye conditions and disorders. We are looking for a Vision Therapy Therapist who will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and administering patients through structured vision therapy programs under the guidance of Sanjeevan doctors. The selected candidate will undergo one month of in-person training at our clinic, after which they will work remotely from home, managing and supporting patients through their therapy journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed vision therapy programs
• Administer and monitor therapy sessions as per clinical protocols
• Educate patients and caregivers about therapy exercises and compliance
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Communicate regularly with doctors regarding patient feedback and outcomes
• Handle patient queries via calls, video consultations, and messages
• Ensure proper follow-ups and motivation for therapy continuity
• Maintain confidentiality and professional care standards

Training & Work Structure

• Mandatory 1-month in-person training at Sanjeevan
• Comprehensive hands-on training in vision therapy techniques, tools, and patient handling
• Post-training: Remote / Work From Home role
• Ongoing clinical guidance and support from the Sanjeevan medical team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to learn and follow structured therapy protocols
• Comfort with virtual consultations and digital tools
• Background in optometry, occupational therapy, psychology, vision science, special education, or allied health sciences is preferred
• Prior experience in therapy, rehabilitation, healthcare, or patient counseling is an advantage
• Additional Indian or international languages are a strong plus
