Profile: Tour Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tour Operations Manager to handle end-to-end tour operations, with a special focus on curating customized itineraries for long-haul international destinations.

• Curate customized and detailed itineraries for long-haul international destinations (Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc.).
• Understand client requirements and preferences to design personalized travel plans.
• Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, transport providers, attractions, and vendors.
• Ensure accurate costing, timely quotations, and proper documentation for all packages.
• Oversee booking confirmations for hotels, flights (if applicable), transfers, sightseeing, and special experiences.
• Handle pre-departure arrangements, including vouchers, final itineraries, and travel documents.
• Manage on-tour support and resolve operational issues or escalations, if any.
• Should have good product knowledge & be well versed with air ticketing on online portals. 

Preferred Profile:

• Background in a travel agency, DMC, or tour operator handling outbound travel.
• Experience in luxury, experiential, or customized travel planning.
