Key Responsibilities – Training & Development (Instantlly Cards)

Onboarding & Product Training

Deliver structured onboarding programs for new joiners on Instantlly Cards products, platform functionalities, and internal processes.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with SMEs, HR, Admin, and business teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of training initiatives.

Training Delivery

Facilitate engaging training sessions across product knowledge, operational processes, and essential business/soft skills.

Training Calendar Management

Design, publish, and manage a monthly training calendar aligned with business priorities and team requirements.

Training Tracking & Compliance

Monitor training completion, maintain attendance records, and ensure adherence to learning timelines and standards.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly training reports, highlighting key metrics, participation, and outcomes.

Business Communication

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on training progress, initiatives, and performance impact.

Content Management & Optimization

Continuously review, update, and enhance training content to reflect product updates and evolving business needs.

Training Effectiveness & Impact Assessment

Evaluate instructional quality and measure the effectiveness of training programs on employee performance and skill development.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Collect, analyze, and report feedback from trainers and participants to drive continuous improvement.

Train-the-Trainer Programs

Design and conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions to enable SMEs and internal trainers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Field Training & Branch Visits

Travel to branch locations (as required) to conduct in-person training and ensure consistent learning delivery.

Learning Innovation

Research and implement modern training methodologies including e-learning, gamification, and digital learning tools.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Work closely with Client Acquisition, Servicing teams, and managers to identify skill gaps and define training requirements.

Learning Program Design

Design and develop comprehensive training programs (in-house or outsourced) for employees across all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
