UI / UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience designing web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

UI (User Interface) Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Maintain design consistency across all screens and platforms
• Develop design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• UX (User Experience) Responsibilities:Conduct user research, user flow mapping, and journey analysis
• Identify usability issues and propose effective design solutions
• Create user personas, information architecture, and interaction flows
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Ensure designs align with business goals and user expectations

Tools & Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience in designing mobile apps (Android/iOS) and responsive websites
• Knowledge of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Soft Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working on SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or mobile apps
• Understanding of Agile / product development workflows
