Vehicle Technician

Job Objective:

To ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of charging stations and batteries, while minimizing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

·      Installation and Commissioning -

-       Perform new Charging Station Installations.

-       handle 3W customer retrofitment and activation.

·      Diagnostics and Repairs - 

-       Perform CS diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal station functionality.

-       Conduct battery diagnostics and repairs when required.

·      Ticket/Work Order Management -

-       Updating and closing tickets or work orders with proper documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all completed tasks.

·      Maintenance and Repairs -

-       Execute CS scheduled maintenance tasks to avoid downtime.

·      Additional Responsibilities –

-       Must be capable of repairing 2W (Two-Wheeler) systems when required.

Technical Skill Set Required:

• Knowledge of Diagnosing & Repairing CS/battery systems.
• Proficiency in maintaining records of installations, repair & maintenance.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve technical issues.
