Instagram Video Editor & Content Creator (Reels + Creative Direction)

We are a fast-growing skincare brand (Glutavia) focused on de-pigmentation, glow, and clear skin solutions. We are scaling aggressively through Instagram and paid ads, and we’re looking for a highly creative editor who understands viral content and performance marketing.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Video Editor + Content Creator who can create high-quality, scroll-stopping Instagram reels and visual content. The ideal candidate understands viral trends, hooks, storytelling, and can produce both organic and ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create Instagram Reels (daily/regular) with viral hooks and high retention

- Edit before-after transformation videos (skincare niche)

- Use tools like CapCut, AI tools, and mobile editing apps to enhance visuals

- Develop content ideas based on trends (Instagram, TikTok-style content)

- Create high-quality images/posts for Instagram feed

- Add text overlays, subtitles, transitions, and sound sync

- Optimize content for ads performance (low CPC, high CTR)

- Replicate and improve viral formats (we will provide references)

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Instagram Reels editing

- Expertise in CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects

- Knowledge of AI tools (Remini, FaceApp, etc.) for enhancement (without overdoing)

- Understanding of hooks, storytelling & retention techniques

- Ability to create realistic “before-after” content (not fake-looking)

- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and shooting with phone

- Trend awareness (what’s viral right now)

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

- Experience in skincare / beauty niche

- Knowledge of Meta Ads creatives

- Ability to shoot content (if Mumbai-based)

- Graphic design for posts/thumbnails
