Roles and Responsibilities

• Create daily long-form AI-generated videos (30–60 minutes) for YouTube and Facebook, with selected segments repurposed into Shorts and Reels.
• Use AI-powered video creation tools such as Veo 3, Sora 2, Pictory, Synthesia, Veed.io, OpusClip, Runway, and similar platforms to produce cinematic, engaging long-form videos at scale.
• Convert written scripts into high-retention video narratives, ensuring strong hooks, smooth pacing, scene continuity, and viewer engagement throughout the full video length.
• Ensure high production quality including visuals, transitions, captions, sound effects, background music, and AI voiceovers aligned with the content tone.
• Break long-form videos into short-form clips (YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) optimized for discovery and traffic back to the main video.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Writer to translate scripts into visually compelling long-form storytelling formats.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule with strict adherence to daily long-form output targets after training.
• Continuously analyze watch-time, retention graphs, and audience behavior to refine pacing, visuals, and storytelling style.
• Stay updated with AI video trends, storytelling formats, and platform algorithm changes for long-form content.
• Organize and maintain a structured video asset library for reuse, repurposing, translations, and cross-platform distribution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with AI-based video creation and editing tools, especially for long-form content.
• Proven ability to create engaging 15–60 minute videos with consistent pacing and viewer retention.
• Strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of hook → buildup → payoff structures in long videos.
• Good eye for visual continuity, transitions, typography, and sound design in narrative-driven content.
• Comfortable working with multiple formats (16:9 long-form, 9:16 vertical clips, 1:1 square).
• Solid understanding of YouTube and Facebook long-form ecosystems, including retention, CTR, and monetization drivers.
• Prior experience in video editing, motion graphics, AI video generation, or digital media production is mandatory.
• Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a high-output, scale-focused environment.
• Experience: 3–8 years in video editing, AI video creation, or digital content production.
