Visa and Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa and Immigration Consultant to join our team. The role involves providing professional advice and guidance to clients on immigration, visa applications, and related services. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring clients meet all legal requirements and submit accurate documentation for successful visa and immigration processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate advice on visa and immigration laws, requirements, and procedures for different countries.
• Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa and immigration applications.
• Review and verify supporting documents to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
• Guide clients through complex legal and regulatory processes, ensuring timely application submissions.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
• Communicate with relevant authorities, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client applications and cases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support clients in resolving issues, refusals, or appeals related to immigration or visa applications.
• Requirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
