Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with seating
• Present the menu and explain items, offers, and recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the system
• Serve food and beverages as per defined service standards and timelines
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Upsell products and promote new or featured menu items
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback politely and promptly
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and café presentation
• Assist with food running, tray setup, and table clearing
• Follow grooming, uniform, hygiene, and safety SOPs strictly
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Contribute to efficient day-to-day café operations
