Waiter / Steward

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers politely
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Handle customer requests and resolve basic concerns
• Assist in billing and payment collection if required
• Follow hygiene and grooming standards

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English, Marathi)
• Prior cafe/restaurant experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
• Good behaviour and team working attitude
