Location: Kandivali (E), Mumbai

Experience: 1-2 year (Café experience preferred)

Salary:₹15,000 - ₹21,000 per month

Work Mode: On-site (Full-time)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift Timing: 10-hour shift (including 1-hour break)

Weekly Off: Between Monday to Thursday only

Job Summary: Lavender Bakery & Desserts is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in cafés, good communication skills, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide warm, professional service.
• Present the menu and take accurate food & beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with proper table service etiquette.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Takes orders for cakes , customised cakes and coffee
• Ensure the dining area, tables, and service counters are clean and well-organized.
• Handle POS billing, cash/card transactions, and generate bills.
• Assist customers with queries and resolve concerns politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient order flow.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as required.
