2026 ReEntry Program - Reconciliation Center of Excellence - Project Management - Associate

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

What We Look for
As an Associate in the Reconciliation Center of Excellence team , you will be involved in various projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle, business process changes, configuration changes or system modifications. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts, you'll work on project deliverables. Primary areas of focus include eliciting project or initiative requirements using intakes, document & data analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, trainings, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Role will expect once to drive process improvements and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve excellence in recon operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for reconciliation transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Risk, Controls) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports; proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive automation and process enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure adherence to PMOD (Project Management Office Delivery) standards, governance, and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, provide updates to senior management, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, obtain buy-in, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Support compliance, and control activities related to reconciliation processes.
- Evaluate information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required in Business/Finance
- Minimum 5 years of Project experience and proven ability to gather/analyse complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Experience within a reconciliation or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, controls, and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, iRecs).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMOD standards).
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification preferred.
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 15 weeks only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
