Account Executive

Males only.

Key Responsibilities

·        Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally (receipts, payments, bank reconciliation).

·        Manage donation accounting – general, corpus, earmarked funds; issue 80G receipts.

·        Maintain proper vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.

·        Handle TDS, GST (if applicable) and other statutory compliance.

·        Prepare monthly/annual financial statements & MIS reports.

·        Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors.

🔷 Requirements

·        B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.

·        Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting.

·        Working Exp 1.5-2 Years

·        Honest, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
